Property：Copper sulphate is also called chalcanthite. Blue crystalline powder, Density 2.284 g/cm³, melting point 110℃. Soluble in water, glycerin and methanol, insoluble in ethanol.

Usage：

Copper sulfate is one of the most important copper salts. It is widely used in electroplating, printing and dyeing, pigment, pesticide and so on;

Used as an antimicrobial agent, improving intestinal microorganisms and promoting growth;
Used as fungicide, insecticide and copper-containing pesticide;
Used for flotation of non-ferrous metals in ore dressing; Used in the chemical industry to manufacture other copper salts (such as cuprous cyanide, cuprous chloride, cuprous oxide, etc.);
Used in the dye industry to produce copper-containing monoazo dyes (such as reactive brilliant blue, reactive violet, phthalocyanine blue and other copper complexing agents);
It can be used as a catalyst for organic synthesis of fragrances and dye intermediates;
In the pharmaceutical industry, it is often used directly as an astringent and in the production of isoniazid;
In the paint industry, it is used as a poisonous agent for ship bottom antifouling paint;
In the electroplating industry, it is used as an ion additive for sulfate copper plating and wide temperature full bright acidic copper plating.
